Just looking at this Easter Candy makes me happy.  Look at all the bright colors happening in this candy.  Not only does it look great, the taste is delicious.  Another plus is how easy and fast this candy is to make.  Honestly total of 8 minutes and I was finished and walking away.

Ingredients you will need are as follows.  1 package of vanilla candy coating.  I chose yellow but there are so many colors you could make several batches of different colors. I digress, back to ingredients.

1 package of vanilla candy coating, 1 cup Easter M&M, Easter sprinkles.  You may also crush up some oreo’s to add to the mix.

Melt candy coating over low heat in a double boiler.  Stir constantly while melting.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Pour melted candy coating onto parchment paper.  Spread to a thin layer.

Immediately sprinkle on the Easter M&M’s and the sprinkles.  Press down lightly into the melted candy coating.

Walk away for couple hours.  Break into pieces.  ENJOY!    I told you it was fast and easy.

  1. I love this! The kids would have so much fun making this AND it would look super cute in a little dish on the table for Easter. Great idea!

  2. This looks so yummy but I am finding that I am put off by candy now as I want to keep my teeth and dentist bills are expensive! 😛 But fun for kids for sure 🙂

  3. I can’t believe we are already talking Easter! Don’t get me wrong- I am so looking forward to warmer weather and sunshine here but still. This looks like something I could actuall achieve without royally messing it up!

  4. Super cute, and it looks very easy too! We love making homemade candies like these because my daughter has a peanut allergy – that way we can find ingredients that we are sure are peanut safe (e.g. sub out M&Ms with another candy).

  5. That looks so pretty! I am usually very picky when it comes to which foods I offer my kids (and they’re usually super health) however, there’s no harm in giving them a treat now and again, especially when it’s homemade!

  6. Looks pretty yummy. I bet the kids just eat it up! I can’t wait to decorate some eggs soon with my kiddos.

  7. This looks so good! My kids would love doing something like this to help celebrate Easter. What a fun treat!

  8. I can’t believe we’re already talking about easter. I like the bright colors and it looks like a tasty recipe my nieces would love!
