Here is another great dish I was able to make and present to our women at ladies night.  The pumpkin taste doesn’t over power the chili and brings on a new and great tasting flavor combination.

Not only did the women love this Pumpkin Chili,  it was a hit with the men in my family.

Here are some more great pumpkin recipes for you to enjoy.

  1. I love chili and I love pumpkin but I have never thought about putting the two together. I guess it would be a sweet and savory combo–you can’t go wrong with that!

  2. What a delicious way to use pumpkin. I am going to make this. My boys love chili and they’d be pleasantly surprised if I tell them there is pumpkin in the dish.

  3. Chili is one of my favorite on a cold season. Also the Pumpkin Pie (superb) though I haven’t tried the pumpkin soup yet. It looks delicious even on the picture. Would want to try this recipe soon.

  4. Oh yum! I have never had pumpkin chili but it sounds really good. I love when it gets cooler outside, we can have soups and chili more often. And of course fall means lots of yummy pumpkin recipes.
