  1. WOW! What an awesome and incredibly simple mayonnaise recipe! I’m definitely interested in making this! My mother-in-law has chickens, so we never have to pay for eggs, so they’re not an issue. We keep olive oil on hand, because it’s more healthier than regular cooking oil.

  2. Really?? Its that easy to make mayo?? This is awesome! to think of all the times I have gone without because I never had it in the fridge, when really I had all the ingredients to make it!

  4. When I was on a special diet where I couldn’t have anything prepackaged, I made my own mayo as well as everything else. It is so hard to make everything from scratch so making it simple like this is great! Thanks for sharing!

  5. It’s so easy to do and I love that it only takes minutes! I’ve only tried making our own mayonnaise once and I would love to do it again! Thanks for the awesome recipe!

  6. You’re totally inspiring me to start making things from scratch more often. My niece made homemade strawberry cake (not healthy at all, I know), and I was trying to remember the last time I did it from scratch. Mayo sounds like a great recipe to start back in the kitchen with.

  7. I have wanted to try making my own mayonnaise at home but the first time I did, it was an epic fail. I will have to try your recipe. It looks so much easier! Thanks for sharing!
